Kaeser Service Parts: How the 6.xxxx.x Numbering Works and How to Cross-Reference It
Kaeser compressors use a distinctive part numbering system — most filtration and service consumables live in the 6.xxxx.x series (for example 6.3523.0, 6.4290.0, 6.4990.0). Once you understand the format, finding replacement separators and filters becomes straightforward.
Reading the number format
Kaeser numbers are written with dot separators, but in the field you will meet every variation: 6.3523.0, 63523.0, 6-3523-0 or 6.3523.00. These punctuation differences refer to the same consumable — search by the digits and you will land on the right part. The same applies when searching aftermarket catalogs: try both dotted and undotted forms.

Service intervals for Kaeser machines
Kaeser's Sigma Control monitors separator differential pressure directly — respond to the separator service warning rather than fixed hours where your machine supports it. Typical intervals still fall in the 2,000–4,000 running-hour band for filtration consumables, and sigma-profile airends repay clean oil filtration with very long service life.
